고후 6:3-10(묵상)

고후 6:3(묵상)

 

사역이 비난을 받지 않게 하려고 Giving no offence in any thing,

우리가 어떤 일에도 결코 걸려 넘어지게 하는 행위를 하지 아니하며 that the ministry be not blamed:

오히려 모든 일에 우리 자신을 하나님의 사역자로 입증하되 But in all [things] approving ourselves as the ministers of God,

많은 인내와 in much patience,

고난과 in afflictions,

궁핍과 in necessities,

곤경과 in distresses,

매 맞음과 In stripes,

감옥에 갇힘과 in imprisonments,

소동과 in tumults,

수고와 in labours,

깨어 있음과 in watchings,

금식 가운데서 그리하고 in fastings;

순수함과 By pureness,

지식과 by knowledge,

오래 참음과 by longsuffering,

친절함과 by kindness,

성령님과 by the Holy Ghost,

거짓 없는 사랑과 by love unfeigned,

진리의 말씀과 By the word of truth,

하나님의 권능과 by the power of God,

오른손과 왼손에 든 의의 병기로 그리하며 by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,

영예와 치욕으로 그리하고  By honour and dishonour,

나쁜 평판과 좋은 평판으로 그리하였나니  by evil report and good report:

우리는 속이는 자 같으나 진실하고 as deceivers, and [yet] true;

무명한 자 같으나 유명하며 As unknown, and [yet] well known;

죽는 자 같으나, as dying, and, behold, we live;

보라, 우리가 살고 징계를 받는 자 같으나 죽임을 당하지 아니하며 as chastened, and not killed;

근심하는 자 같으나 항상 기뻐하고 As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing;

가난한 자 같으나 많은 사람을 부요하게 하며 as poor, yet making many rich;

아무것도 없는 자 같으나 모든 것을 소유한 자니라.  as having nothing, and [yet] possessing all things.
