민 11:29.
And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the LORD's people were prophets, and that the LORD would put his spirit upon them!
모세가 그에게 이르되, 네가 나를 위해 시기하느냐? {주}의 온 백성이 대언자가 되어 {주}께서 그들 위에 자신의 영을 두시기를 원하노라! 하니라.

민 14:2.
And all the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron: and the whole congregation said unto them, Would God that we had died in the land of Egypt! or would God we had died in this wilderness!
이스라엘의 모든 자손이 모세와 아론에게 불평하며 온 회중이 그들에게 이르되, 우리가 이집트 땅에서 죽었더라면 좋았으리라! 우리가 이 광야에서 죽었더라면 좋았으리라


민 20:3.
And the people chode with Moses, and spake, saying, Would God that we had died when our brethren died before the LORD!
백성이 모세와 다투어 말하며 이르되, 우리 형제들이 {주} 앞에서 죽을 때에 우리도 죽었더라면 좋을 뻔하였도다



신 28:67.
In the morning thou shalt say, Would God it were even! and at even thou shalt say, Would God it were morning! for the fear of thine heart wherewith thou shalt fear, and for the sight of thine eyes which thou shalt see.
네가 두려워하게 될 네 마음의 두려움과 네가 보게 될 것 즉 네 눈으로 보는 것으로 인하여 네가 아침에는 이르기를, 저녁이면 좋겠다! 하고 저녁에는 이르기를, 아침이면 좋겠다! 하리라.



삼하 18:33.
