계15:2-4(묵상) : 일곱금병의 심판의 시작

 

계15:2

또 내가 보니

불 섞인 유리 바다 같은 것이 있는데

짐승과

그의 형상과

그의 표와

그의 이름의 수를 이기고 승리한 자들이

하나님의 하프들을 가지고 유리 바다 위에 서서

 

And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire:

and them that had gotten the victory

over the beast,

and over his image,

and over his mark,

[and] over the number of his name,

stand on the sea of glass,

having the harps of God.

 

3 하나님의 종 모세의 노래와

어린양의 노래를 부르며 이르되,

주 하나님 전능자여,

주의 일들은 크고 놀라우시니이다.

성도들의 왕이여,

주의 길들은 의롭고 참되시니이다.

 

And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God,

and the song of the Lamb,

saying, Great and marvellous [are] thy works,

Lord God Almighty;

just and true [are] thy ways,

thou King of saints.

 

4 오 주여, 누가 주를 두려워하지 아니하며

주의 이름에 영광을 돌리지 아니하리이까?

오직 주께서만 거룩하시니이다.

주의 심판들이 드러났으므로

모든 민족들이 와서 주 앞에 경배하리이다, 하더라.

 

Who shall not fear thee,

O Lord, and glorify thy name?

for [thou] only [art] holy:

for all nations shall come and worship before thee;

for thy judgments are made manifest.
